The Birbrower Law Firm was founded by Barry Birbrower in 1973. We are a general practice specializing in personal injury. We also handle estate matters, including wills and real estate closings. The Birbrower Law Firm is a proud member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and are “book members.”
Barry Birbrower is the founding partner has been practicing continuously in Peekskill since 1973. He graduated from Peekskill High School in 1961, Syracuse University in 1965 and Brooklyn Law School in 1969. He’s a seasoned trial lawyer with numerous verdicts in complex cases and serious injury cases. He also served as the City Court Judge in Peekskill New York for eight years.
Adam Birbrower joined the firm in 2001 after working for three years in a prestigious personal injury firm in Manhattan. With over 20 years of personal injury experience Adam has handled hundreds of depositions and numerous trials. Adam graduated from Croton Harmon High School in 1989, Pitzer College in 1993 where he was the captain of the baseball team, and Brooklyn Law School in 1997. Adam Birbrower is a book member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.

Adam Birbrower
Adam has handled hundreds of cases from inception through trial over his 20-year career representing people injured through the fault of others. He has done hundreds of depositions and numerous trials of car accidents, fall down cases, dog bites, bar fights, and other types of injury cases.
He obtained his doctorate in jurisprudence from Brooklyn Law School and his undergraduate degree from Pitzer College in Southern California.
